Using KickerGames
You may use KickerGames for personal, lawful entertainment. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are not, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you where permitted.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Social sign-in options may be available only when configured and are also subject to the provider’s terms.
Games and platform content
KickerGames provides a catalog, game pages, editorial information, and access to browser games. Games may come from KickerGames, independent developers, publishers, or other providers. KickerGames does not claim ownership of third-party games, code, artwork, trademarks, or other third-party materials. Those materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.
Third-party games and services
A game may load in an iframe or from another host. Third-party games, sign-in services, links, and other external services can have separate terms, privacy practices, age requirements, purchases, or technical requirements. KickerGames does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent actions or content.
Intellectual property
The KickerGames name, logo, site design, software, and original editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where law permits, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from KickerGames materials without permission. Rights expressly granted by a game owner or open-source license are governed by that license.
Copyright and ownership complaints
If you believe content on KickerGames infringes your rights or identifies an owner incorrectly, email contact@kickergames.com. Include the page URL, a description of the protected work or right, your authority to make the report, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation of the issue. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict content while reviewing a report.
Acceptable conduct
You must not:
- Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, games, or data.
- Disrupt the service, evade security controls, introduce malicious code, or generate abusive automated traffic.
- Manipulate rankings, reactions, analytics, or other platform signals.
- Misrepresent your identity, ownership of a game, or authority to act for someone else.
- Use KickerGames or its content to harm, harass, exploit, or deceive others.
Availability, changes, and advertising
Games and features may be added, changed, interrupted, or removed without guarantee of continued availability. Compatibility can vary by device, browser, region, network, or third-party provider. KickerGames may display advertising or sponsored material in the future; when applicable, it may be supplied by third parties and will not imply that we own or endorse an advertised product.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access to an account or the service when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, abuse, security risks, violations of these terms, or harm to KickerGames, users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KickerGames is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy or suitability of every game or third-party item, or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KickerGames will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits. These limitations do not apply where prohibited.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the platform, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new revision date. Continuing to use KickerGames after updated terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
